You have 7 to 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

 

Nonrefundable or non-exchangeable items:

·       Undergarments: bras, panties, bathing suit “bottoms” only.

·       Final sale or clearance items!

·       Custom One-of-a-kind items!

·       Used, worn, or damaged items!

·       All final sales, clearance, “as is” items are FINAL and cannot be returned!

 

 

Please, contact us and let us know about your concerns with your purchase before returning any items. Once your return/exchange has been approved, you’ll be given instructions on how and where to ship your item(s) to. Use the return label provided with your order when returning your item(s). We will need your order number as proof of purchase.

·       Once your exchange has been approved, and we’ve received the exchangeable item(s), you can place a new order for the same item you’d like. Please follow our return instructions before returning any items.

·       Once your items have been inspected and your refund has been approved, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be reimbursed to your original payment method of choice. Please allow some time for your bank of choice to process and post the funds to your account.

·       All items being returned must be in the original company packaging, bagging, and boxing, then placed in the postal service box of your choice to ensure that it is not damaged during transit.

​

·       If the tags are removed, only a store credit or exchange will be offered.

 

Note: Unused, unworn, and unopened items, with company tags in the original packaging, will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Damaged, worn, used, or broken items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

​

Items returned without prior knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
